CHANNEL 4 COMMISSIONING MENTOR NETWORK
This ground-breaking mentor network for rising stars from diverse backgrounds is now in its 7th year and has matched almost 300 talented content creators with Channel 4 commissioners and senior execs to help them break through glass ceilings.
ASSISTANTS AND COORDINATORS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
This innovative programme matched the channel’s genre assistants with senior players in the indie sector, to enhance their understanding of the production process and broaden their career opportunities.
Co-funded by ScreenSkills, Bradford Council and now Channel 4, this mentor network has recruited 75 local content creators and paired them with industry experts to enhance their careers. The project is based at The Unit, a free-to-use screen hub where those interested in careers in film, TV and digital can work, learn and share ideas.
