Our director Ruth Pitt is a regular event chair and political/celebrity interviewer for literature festivals, conferences, events and organisations as diverse as the Royal Television Society, the BFI, BAFTA, University of Bradford, Ilkley Literature Festival, Women in Film and Television, Channel 4 and many more.

She has interviewed a host of politicians and well known figures including most recently former Prime Minister Theresa May, Lady Hale, Sir Nick Clegg, wrongly convicted postmistress Jo Hamilton (whose story was told in the hit TV drama Mr Bates vs The Post Office) and not least former Labour comms director Alistair Campbell.

Ruth Pitt is a regular public speaker and has presented BBC Woman’s Hour and the Sunday programme. She has been interviewed for a number of radio and TV shows including Newsnight, BBC News and local radio.
